CSS RN Documentation Training (Day 1 of 2)

This training provides a brief overview of CSS and psychiatric rehabilitation. However, the primary focus of the training will be to offer strategies of how to complete CSS documentation from a nurses perspective.  Participants will review the Rehabilitation Needs Assessment (RNA) and Individualized Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) using sample cases.

Target audience: Registered Nurses working in a CSS program that are responsible for completing the RNA and IRP.
