This brief training is provided by the Interim Management Entity (IME) regarding the use of the CSS forms (updated June 2024) for use with the upcoming Medicaid changes requiring authorizations to be issued based on their 16 HCPCS codes.

These billing modifier changes will be effective July 15, 2024.
