Provider Well-Being Initiative (MHTTC)
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on mental health. Now more than ever, it is essential to provide resources and information on self-care practices to the health and mental health workforces. The MHTTC Provider Well-Being Initiative was established to support provider well-being and work with agencies to implement organizational-level interventions that optimize provider satisfaction and health.
Self-Care Resources (IIPR)
The mission of the Institute for Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IIPR) is to improve the quality of care provided at New Jersey’s state psychiatric hospitals through consultation, education, program development and evaluation, using psychiatric rehabilitation goals, values and principles as well as current research.
