CSS Clinician Documentation Training (Day 1 of 2)

This training provides a brief overview of CSS and psychiatric rehabilitation. However, the primary emphasis of the training will be on CSS documentation. More specifically, participants will learn about the Rehabilitation Needs Assessment (RNA), Individualized Rehabilitation Plan (IRP), and progress notes.  Case-based learning approaches will be used to help clinicians practice documentation strategies covered in the training.

Target audience: Clinicians working in a CSS program that are responsible for completing the RNA and IRP (i.e., LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, RN).

Registration: The next Clinician Documentation will be held remotely on Mondays November 9 and 16 from 9 am to noon. There will be training for Registered Nurses this December, we suggest RNs sign up for that training, registration is forthcoming.
