Emilie Banz MS, LPC, CPRP is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions Community Support Services Initiative within Rutgers School of Health Professions. Her main role within the CSS Initiative is to facilitate training and provide technical assistance to mental health agencies who provide Community Support Services. In addition, she has facilitated both in person and remote trainings to mental health providers funded through the Washington State Healthcare Authority. Prior to her employment at Rutgers, Emilie worked in the mental health field as both a direct care staff and as a manager of a CSS program and continues working clinically by providing counseling in a private practice setting.
