The term "substance use disorder" is very often used in place of "addictions", which ignores the growing issues of addictions that do not require a substance, but rather a process or repeated behavior. Many people with "substance use disorders" are also suffering from at least one process addiction and are at risk for cross-addiction in the future. This webinar will provide an overview of these process addictions and treatment implications, particularly those where abstinence is not desirable or not possible.
