This interactive workshop will explore the positive psychology research and offer practical tips for building resilience and thriving despite the challenges that we experience. Our actions can build our resilience and lead to thriving. Participants will be encouraged to consider their resilience, review what is working well, consider adding new positive resiliency strategies to their daily activities and make their resilience a priority.
