Excited to share our new NIH/ORWH-funded $12.8 million, three-year project to understand how dynamic hormones influence women’s drug efficacy and safety. Dr. Xiao serves as an MPI with Teresa K. Woodruff, Ph.D. from MSU, Qiang Zhang from Emory, Hao Zhu from Tulane, as well as Co-I/Project Manager Jiyang Zhang from Rutgers, and other great collaborators, Sudin Bhattacharya, Brian Johnson, Tim Zacharewski from MSU, Nanette Santoro from the University of Colorado, Ariella Shikanov from the University of Michigan, Corrine Welt from the University of Utah, and other team members. We will integrate computational modeling, AI, and human-relevant new approach methodologies (NAMs) to advance precision medicine for women.
