Academic Coaching
Academic Coaching aims to equip nursing students with the skills, strategies, and tools necessary to achieve success within the rigorous expectations of the School of Nursing curriculum. Academic Coaching presents the unique opportunity to hone your intrinsic skills outside of the classroom by improving your ability to collaborate with classmates, develop a healthy time management balance, and explore nursing-specific approaches to academic challenges.
-
Academic Coaching supports both undergraduate and graduate nursing students in developing the skills and strategies needed to succeed in a rigorous nursing curriculum. Through one-on-one sessions, students can enhance time management, study habits, and critical thinking, while exploring personalized approaches to academic challenges.
Coaching also provides guidance for balancing coursework with clinical responsibilities, improving collaboration with peers, and building confidence to achieve both academic and professional goals. All sessions are one hour and can be scheduled through WCOnline.
