Alumni Tutoring
Alumni Tutoring is available to all undergraduate students enrolled in the School of Nursing.
Students can request one peer or alumni tutoring appointment per week (7-day period). All appointments are one hour. For additional learning assistance, alumni tutors are available for drop-in support.

Navigate to the WCOnline homepage.
You will be prompted to log in using your Net ID and password
Once you have logged in complete the registration form. The username field will be your netid@rutgers.edu email address. This field is not able to be edited.

Alumni tutors recently completed their undergraduate degree at the Rutgers School of Nursing, are high achieving students with a 3.5 or higher GPA, have taken the NCLEX, and are working as nurses or are enrolled in a School of Nursing Graduate program. Alumni Tutors can tutor all undergraduate nursing classes and apply their experience as nurses when helping students understanding nursing concepts.

- Strategies for balancing your time in nursing school
- Utilizing Sherpath and EAQ questions to improve your understanding
- How to study for an NCLEX Style exam
- Understanding how to read your HESI Remediation report
- Real world examples to help students gain additional understanding
- Students can schedule alumni tutor appointments using WC Online.

Shari Greenwood RN, BSN: Shari is a former peer tutor and a current registered nurse within the Monmouth Medical Center system.
Jerry Borna RN, BSN: Jerry is a former peer tutor and a current registered nurse.
Dami Fenwa RN, BSN: Dami is a current registered nurse within the Mount Sinai Medical system.
Leah Banks RN, BSN: Leah is a current registered nurse.
