About Me

For the past six years, I have served as a full time faculty member at Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations. My teaching and research focus primarily on workplace conflict resolution and negotiations. I am an experienced labor and employee relations professional formerly with Public Service Enterprise Group, a publicly traded (NYSE:PEG) diversified energy company headquartered in New Jersey, and one of the ten largest electric companies in the United States. I have acquired considerable experience as a practitioner in all aspects of labor and employment relations including serving as chief negotiator in contract renewal negotiations, directing workplace investigations, resolving grievances and other workplace disputes and conducting labor relations training.
