The Guo Lab and the Shellfish Genetics and Breeding Program are supported by a team of researchers that includes staff members, graduate students, undergraduate students, postdoctoral researchers and visiting scientists. The hatchery and field team is led by Sam Ratcliff and Jillian Jamieson at the Cape Shore Laboratory. In addition to team members at Rutgers, the program collaborates with researchers in many labs in the US and other countries.
