Yanhong Jin, a professor with the Department of Agricultural, Food and Resource Economics at the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS), and Mary Wagner, an associate professor at Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy (EMOP), wanted to find out.
