Research Projects

• Development of the Regional Shellfish Biosecurity Program (RSSBP), which includes a set of BMPs for shellfish hatcheries and a mechanism to demonstrate compliance, an interactive molluscan shellfish database that will ultimately cover shellfish from Maine to Texas, and a Shellfish Health Advisory Council that can be called upon to assist with shellfish biosecurity issues.
