Jeffrey Fox received a 2-year $60,000 award from the New Jersey Commission on Spinal Cord Research. Jeff’s Fellowship Proposal is entitled “Optimized synergistic cues to facilitate spinal cord regeneration.” Jeff plans to pattern collagen gels with appropriate mechanical and adhesive properties to dictate the behaviors of both astrocytes and regenerating axons.
