Julie Maguire was among those selected as the 2005 W.L. Gore ISURF Scholars. This award, established by the NSF IGERT program and W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., provides support to promising undergraduate researchers from the Biomedical Engineering Honors Academy to pursue research in the area of integratively engineered biointerfaces.
