Joachim Kohn and Jared Bushman from the New Jersey Center for Biomaterials and David Shreiber and Jeffrey Zahn from Biomedical Engineering were awarded a 3-year, $593,000 grant from the New Jersey Commission on Spinal Cord Research. The multi-disciplinary team aims to design and develop novel microelectrodes that limit gliosis for use in Brain-Machine Interfaces.
