Matt Selby

Matt Selby is a third-year Nutritional Sciences PhD student researching the roles of intestinal lipid metabolism enzymes. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors in Biochemistry, and spent three years following graduation working in the Human Physiology department at UO. In his free time, Matt enjoys being active, cooking elaborate meals, and fussing over his gardens both inside and out.
