Located on a crescent shaped slope, the aptly named Amphitheater Garden contains an array of colorful plants and ornamental garden perennials. It inspired the Rutgers Newsroom Article “New Landscaped Garden Another Great Reason to Visit the Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health.
