Dhyey did a fantastic job at his first national conference, presenting his recent work on capturing nonequilibrium dynamics involving double excitations. Anya managed to weave three different subfields together in her talk on insights into QEDFT functionals for polaritonic dynamics from the exact factorization, and Jack both opened and closed the Pandora’s box of using dressed TDDFT in practise. Neepa talked about how to overcome issues with using adiabatic functionals for far-from-adiabatic situations, and also organized a session on chirality-induced spin-selectivity. Julia Woodward introduced us to the latest in understanding and modeling neutrinos.
