During the five years of the MHTTC grant, the center implemented a comprehensive strategy to address several critical topics essential for supporting the mental health workforce in delivering services to the diverse populations in the regional areas we served. Acknowledging the complexity of mental health issues, we formed meaningful collaborations with experts across various fields, including substance use, visual impairment, aging, and gender studies. This collaborative effort allowed us to create a series of impactful webinars, conferences, and courses designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support mental health initiatives. Our educational offerings aimed not only to inform but also to encourage dialogue and share best practices among professionals in the field.
Below, we highlight presentations that demonstrate our commitment to enhancing mental health awareness and education.
