Changes in IT Support

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, RSDM IT has adjusted our support model.  The majority of RSDM IT staff are now working remotely, however, we are maintaining a small group of staff available on-site to deal with any immediate hardware, audiovisual or other technology based issues.

We are actively scheduling one-on-one virtual and in person (if necessary) appointments with students, faculty and staff to address issues like VPN configuration, remote teaching technologies, WebEx and desktop troubleshooting.  As we move forward we will be able to expand services to meet your needs.

Going forward, 973-972-8200 is not just for clinical application support…

If you need assistance with any desktop or RSDM application issue, including remote instruction tools like Canvas and WebEx, please call 973-972-8200 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm or email us at it@sdm.rutgers.edu.

We have setup a remote call center that will direct you to RSDM IT staff during business hours who will be able to address your concerns, or if necessary, arrange for a call back from the appropriate RSDM IT Staff.
