Account Types

RSDM users are assigned either a licensed or unlicensed Smartsheet account. Licensed accounts enable users to create and edit Smartsheet documents and take part in approval workflows. Unlicensed accounts are limited to entering or modifying data in existing Smartsheet documents directly or via a Smartsheet form.

The majority of RSDM users are assigned an unlicensed account. If you are interested in purchasing a licensed Smartsheet account they can be purchased directly by your department via the Rutgers Software Portal.
