Shruti Khandelwal is currently a Sophomore at Rutgers University, majoring in Human Resource Management. She’s hoping this year further to develop the skills required to become a strong HR professional, as well as put her knowledge and prior experience as a recruiter to good use by helping RU LERA to grow.
