Erin Sprague is a senior at Rutgers University double majoring in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, and Human Resources Management. Her studies focus on the intersection of law and the workplace, and the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enacting (and enhancing) equitable compensation plans for members of traditionally marginalized groups. Hoping to put an end to RU LERA’s status as the best kept secret on campus, she aims to heighten the club’s profile within the University and bring the next generation of workplace relations specialists into the LERA family. In her free time, she can be found playing with her three rambunctious dogs, traveling, or cooking the latest recipe trending on TikTok.
