Hema is pursuing her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, along with a Labor Relations minor, with an expected graduation date of May 2023. In her role as Director of Marketing, Events, and Programs she hopes to increase social media engagement between RU LERA and students, host unique events catered to students of all majors, and expand the awareness of this organization as a prominent, professional group at Rutgers University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering.
