She obtained her bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration from Webster University, Thailand. She has 5 years of experience in higher education management and 8 years of experience in HR Consulting. In her HR consulting journey, she worked with small and medium enterprises focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, performance management, and training and development.
