In Case the Event is Cancelled

  • Should this event be cancelled and not rescheduled, all paid registrants will be notified by email and a full refund provided.    If this event is rescheduled and you cannot attend, a refund can be requested. You have (10) business days from the date of notification about the new date(s) to make the refund request. Please send refund requests to registration@njaes.rutgers.edu.

Refund Policy

  • Withdraw your registration by January 5, 2024, for a full refund (minus a $35.00 processing fee).  Given this event’s registration fee is less than or the same as the processing fee, you can opt for credit toward your registration for a future OCPE course.  Failure to submit your request by January 5, 2024, means you’re responsible for the full fee. Email refund or course credit requests to  registration@njaes.rutgers.edu before the deadline.

Can’t Attend?

  • If you are unable to attend the event and you don’t want course credit, you can substitute another person in your place. See below.

Substitution Policy

  • To substitute another person, kindly inform us of the substitute’s name, address, phone number, and email address. Submit substitute registration requests to registration@njaes.rutgers.edu by January 8, 2024.
Refund Payment Process
  • For Credit Card Payments: A refund will be processed back to the same credit card.
  • For Check, e-Checks/EFT, Cash, or Money Order Payments: A refund will be issued by check to the individual or company that made the original payment. Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your payment.
