The next Clinician Documentation Training will be live through Zoom on Tuesday December 3rd and December 10th from 10 am-1 pm.

Registration will close on November 25^th and space is limited, so licensed staff (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, RN) should register as soon as possible. Registration information must be for the staff attending the training.

Registration is OPEN for the CSS orientation modules available through the online learning platform Canvas. The Orientation Modules are pre-requisites to all CSS training facilitated by the Rutgers CSS Training and Technical Assistance Initiative team. There are five modules in total.

The first 3 modules open to all CSS staff cover:

• An Overview of CSS Admissions and Documentation Processes
• CSS Services
• The Golden Thread of Documentation

There are an additional two modules for staff who develop CSS documentation (clinicians/RN’s):

• Developing the Rehabilitation Needs Assessment
• Developing the Individualized Rehabilitation Plan
