Clinician Documentation Training
Overview
This CSS Clinician Documentation training will provide a brief overview of CSS interventions, psychiatric rehabilitation goals, values, and principles, with a primary focus on CSS documentation. More specifically, participants will learn about the Rehabilitation Needs Assessment (RNA), Individualized Rehabilitation Plan (IRP), and progress notes.
Case-based learning approaches will be used to help clinicians practice documentation strategies covered in the training. Sessions will be small enough to provide participants with feedback.
Target Audience
This training is geared towards Clinicians & Registered Nurses working in a CSS program that are responsible for completing the RNA and/or IRP.
(i.e., LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, RN).

The next Clinician Documentation Training will be live through Zoom on Tuesday December 3rd and December 10th from 10 am-1 pm.
Registration will close on November 25th and space is limited, so licensed staff (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, RN) should register as soon as possible. Registration information must be for the staff attending the training.
