Similar to other services, the delivery of CSS has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Adaptations to the methods, frequency, and duration of services became necessary. Given these adaptations and other service delivery challenges, it is incumbent upon service providers to be even more attentive to the basics of providing intentional services that are purposeful, deliberate, and planned.
