IRP Development Workshop
Overview
This workshop is interactive and will be entirely practice-based, and participants must be willing to present a de-identified plan and provide feedback to others. Participants will meet with SHP CSS staff and colleagues to review the presented plans and offer and receive feedback on presented IRPs during the workshop.
Target Audience
The Individualized Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) Development Workshop is intended for CSS staff who develop and submit plans to the IME.

Wellness Promotion Techniques Workshops
Overview
The Wellness Promotion Techniques Workshops (WPTs) are designed to empower Community Support Services (CSS) staff with practical strategies to enhance their ability to promote recovery, community integration, and the improved quality of life of CSS service recipients.
These workshops are interactive sessions that will focus on a diverse set of tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) that are applicable to CSS staff and their work in CSS. These strategies will support service recipients by promoting multi-dimensional wellness and the achievement of individualized recovery goals.
Target Audience
The Wellness Promotion Techniques Workshops are intended for CSS staff who would like additional support and feedback around their use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and strategies with CSS consumers.

KSR Development Workshop
Overview
In this workshop, participants will meet with SHP CSS staff and other CSS staff to review their own previously completed KSR for a CSS consumer and exchange constructive feedback.
This is an interactive and practice-based workshop that requires participants to submit a de-identified KSR form and provide feedback to others. Participants will work in small groups led by SHP CSS staff. Each participant will present their previously completed KSR, ask questions, and receive feedback and suggestions from their group.
Target Audience
The Knowledge, Skills, and Resources (KSR) Development Workshop is intended to support CSS staff in the use of the KSR form and to allow direct-care staff to meaningfully contribute to the IRP development process.
