Residents learn alongside experienced nurse practitioner and physician preceptors at CompleteCare Health Network while growing in a small, supportive cohort. Since 2023, most of our graduates have stayed to care for patients in the communities where they trained.
Four days a week of patient care in CompleteCare’s primary care offices, with preceptors on site.
A weekly learning day at Rutgers–Camden with lectures, simulation, and standardized patients.
Monthly career coaching and a close peer community throughout the year.
Applications are accepted through June 2027, with interviews beginning in July.
