The Rutgers University School of Nursing – Camden Nurse Practitioner Residency Program will provide transition to practice to new graduate Nurse Practitioners. Residents will complete the transition to practice program in the primary care setting to enhance their clinical competency and readiness, and improve patient outcomes in medically underserved areas (MUAs).
