New graduate family (FNP) and adult-gerontology primary care (AGPCNP) nurse practitioners who completed an accredited MSN or DNP program within 18 months of the start date and hold New Jersey APN licensure and national board certification by the start of the program. No. This is a primary care residency, open only to new graduate family (FNP) and adult-gerontology primary care (AGPCNP) nurse practitioners. Psychiatric-mental health (PMHNP), acute care (AGACNP), and other specialty nurse practitioners are not eligible.

Each twelve-month cohort begins in September. The next cohort runs September 2027 through September 2028.

Four residents per cohort.

Yes. Residents receive a competitive stipend, along with:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Licensure reimbursement
- A program-provided laptop
- One year of AANP membership
- Registration for the AANP National Conference

Residents see patients at CompleteCare Health Network four days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in primary care offices in Gloucester and Cumberland counties. The fifth day is a learning day at Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden, 530 Federal Street, Camden.

Yes. The residency holds Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Accreditation (APPFA) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Most continue their careers at CompleteCare Health Network. Others have gone on to specialty fellowships and certificate programs.
