Alex recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double-majoring in Psychology and Social Work. He is intrigued by the circumstantial factors that affect developing children’s perceptions of stress and studying the individual differences as they relate to cultivating interventions. With his social work background, Alex brings a valuable perspective through his interest in examining the needs of his community and the people within their environment in order to inform his research and career efforts.
Alex is a full-time staff member employed by Rutgers University-Newark. In the lab, Alex is in charge of organization and logistical planning of all basic lab functions. Alex has plans for graduate school in his future. His desired fields are social work, clinical psychology, and counseling psychology.
