Dr. Steven Decker, Associate Teaching Professor in Rutgers’ Department of Environmental Sciences presented a talk on “Applying the Fishbowl Technique to Weather Discussions” at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the American Meteorological Society’s 33rd Conference on Education.
