The Leadership Summit (LS) will be moderated by the TEN grant’s external evaluator. The first, annual LS will begin with an introduction to the TEN grant project, including an overview of the theoretical frameworks and underpinnings. Each LS will include a listening session in which faculty members who have been invested in teaching will share their experiences, ideas, and suggestions for promoting excellence in teaching. After the listening session, campus leaders will have the opportunity to engage in a closed-door discussion to identify goals and action steps that can be carried out to continue the advancement of teaching excellence at RU-NB.
