Each survey is part of a larger effort by the administration to use research-based assessment methods to gather data that will help the university realize opportunities to make Rutgers a better place to work and learn. DEI Campus Climate Survey
The DEI Campus Climate Survey, available via a personalized link sent by email to eligible faculty, staff, and students on March 20, 2023, will be available until April 10, 2023. This survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Your responses are vital to help us assess whether our diversity, equity, and inclusion values are reflected in the daily experience of students, faculty, and staff in order to better understand the challenges of creating an environment that is respectful and inclusive for all.
