Rutgers will undertake several climate surveys that will assess the experiences of faculty, staff, and students at the university. By asking important questions, encouraging candor, respectfully listening to one another, and working together across units and campuses, we can make Rutgers a better place to work and learn, and it is part of our commitment to build and inspire a beloved community.
