To help enhance the relevance and timeliness of universitywide communications, University Communications and Marketing (UCM) invited all faculty and staff to participate in a brief confidential survey. The survey aims to help us understand how faculty and staff engage with messages from universitywide offices, including University Human Resources, the President’s Office, the Office of Information Technology, Institutional Planning & Operations, Academic Affairs, and other key departments.


Faculty and staff feedback is invaluable in shaping future improvements to ensure clearer, more effective, and more relevant communication across Rutgers. To gather additional insights into internal communications and prior to releasing the survey, UCM completed a series of thirteen focus group meetings with faculty and staff who work on every campus and in the central administration.

 

Released on April 28, 2025, the survey was open until Friday, May 9, 2025.
