I regularly teach both undergraduate courses (marketing and marketing research) and graduate courses (industrial organization and marketing research). I regularly receive invitations to teach food marketing-related topics both at Rutgers and abroad, as a guest lecturer or a visiting professor. Such invitations provide an opportunity to share my research and teaching expertise with non-economics majors both at Rutgers and abroad. I have developed new program, curriculum, and courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. I regularly advise both graduate and undergraduate students.
