The Bioethics Society of Rutgers University hopes to generate campus-wide awareness of some of the most current and pressing ethical issues in science and medicine. It investigates bioethical topics within the Rutgers community and at large by combining theoretical discussion with real-world applications to examine the moral considerations of a variety of topics and their implications in society. As an organization, it aims to foster an open environment for students looking to voice their opinions, to gain insight into bioethical analyses, and to tackle the challenging and ever-evolving questions of bioethics.

The Society meets twice per month in Scott Hall on the College Avenue campus of Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Follow the Society on Facebook to stay up-to-date on meeting times, room locations, and discussion topics, and join its mailing list by contacting the administrator at rubioethics.soc@gmail.com.
