Title: Introduction to XNAT- Flywheel’s Replacement
Abstract: CAHBIR plans to halt the use of Flywheel very soon. We are currently migrating all data archived in Flywheel to a new XNAT instance which will be ready for launch by late November or early December. This seminar will give an overview of XNAT’s capabilities and how they differ from Flywheel’s. Then, we will give a description of the on-boarding process and how project permissions are set and maintained. As time allows, example workflows will be demonstrated as well. Links to training videos for all core operations in XNAT will be made available for easy reference at any time in the future.
