I’m interested in a variety of topics in cognitive development, including learning and reasoning. I investigate how expectation violations shape learning and memory, how children generate explanations, and how language and reasoning develop together from childhood into adulthood. I have also collaborated on projects comparing human reasoning with that of large language models. In my free time, I enjoy watching football (aka soccer), creating music, and reading sci-fi, and fantasy.
