Our graduate students Katie and Amber will be presenting on their research at the 65th Annual Meeting of Psychonomic Society in New York City! Katie will be giving a poster presentation titled “Evaluating the Effects of Stress on Learning and Memory Processes”, in collaboration with Dr. Karen Smith from SPAN lab. Amber will be presenting her poster titled “The Role of Adaptive Value: Exploring the Prioritization of Threat and Disgust in Episodic Memory”.
Along with her collaborators at the University of New Hampshire and the University of Iceland, Dr. Persaud will also showcase a poster titled “When the Curtain Falls and…Splashes? Evaluating Memory for Expectation-Violating Object Properties”, which uses VR to study memory!
