After volunteering at a hospice for an extended period, the brief yet profound interactions I had with patients and their families inspired me to pursue neurobiology on a pre-med track. The research and ongoing studies at the MC2 Lab have deepened my interest in memory, cognition, and learning. In my spare time, I relish taking spontaneous walks, capturing seemingly mundane moments with my camera, and weaving them into creative writing pieces, a field in which I am also minoring. I also enjoy reading, particularly slices of life and contemporary romances.
