Research Assistant

I have always been fascinated by the human mind and the ways people think, learn, and understand the world around them. Growing up, I loved puzzles, memory games, and anything that challenged the way I thought. Over time, that curiosity turned into a deeper interest in why people behave the way they do and how experiences shape the way we learn and remember things. I’m especially interested in how people make connections between experiences and how those connections influence memory, learning, and behavior. Being involved in research has allowed me to explore these interests while learning more about the complexity of human cognition. In the future, I hope to pursue a PhD and a career in law, combining research, critical thinking, and advocacy in meaningful ways. Outside of academics, I volunteer with CASA, practice taekwondo, and enjoy painting and reading, which help me build both an artistic and reflective connection to the world around me.
