Talks

20 minute pre-recorded talk (synchronous) + 10 minutes LIVE Q&A during your assigned time slot 

DURING THE TALK SESSION

  • The session chair will show your pre-recorded video for the first 20 minutes of your assigned time.
  • Immediately after your talk, the Chair will facilitate a LIVE 10-minute Q&A session in your zoom meeting.

OUTSIDE OF THE SESSION

  • We will ensure that your talk video will be viewable from your OSF page after your talk.
  • You may add additional materials to your OSF page and/or your dedicated Slack channel as well. (See instructions on Slack.)
  • Please use the Slack channel to have further discussions about your work!

Posters

3 minute lightning talk (asynchronous) + LIVE breakout room during poster session

DURING THE POSTER SESSION

  • At the beginning of the poster session, we will open all breakout rooms (labeled by author last names), and participants will be able to freely move from a breakout room to another.
  • You will be asked to join your dedicated breakout room and present your materials, answer questions, and so on, as with any other poster session.
  • You will also be able to share your handouts or slides with the participants in your breakout room.
  • You may present a traditional poster format or have slides available.

OUTSIDE OF THE SESSION

  • Your pre-recorded lightning talks have been made available for viewing by all registered participants on your dedicated Slack channel.
  • You may also choose to upload your lightning video to your OSF page or in your dedicated Slack channel. (See instructions on Slack.)
  • Please use the Slack channel to have further discussions about your work!
