Jaime Sarcona is a current student at the Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. She is a part of the Rutgers Geology Museum, where she designs and manages the PUFINS website under Dr. Lauren Adamo. Jaime is currently completing research involving clinical pediatrics, and has studied various topics in marine biology and oceanography in the past. Her favorite oceanography research tested the future impacts of ocean acidification on the shells of marine organisms. Jaime has also published a research paper concerning the psychological connections between false recollection events and the unconscious mind and anxiety, which can be found in the Rutgers 2022 Undergraduate Research Writing Conference.
Jaime currently lives on the Jersey Shore, where she enjoys spending her summers at the beach with her family and friends. She looks forward to keeping up with the posts coming live from the PUFINS cruise this summer!
