Mission & Vision

The goal of this event is to prepare applicants from underrepresented and minoritized backgrounds for the graduate admissions process in psychology, to increase diversity in doctoral psychology programs generally, and to give students an opportunity to learn about the Rutgers Psychology Department and our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

This event is being organized and hosted by a community of Rutgers Psychology Graduate Students who are dedicated to diversifying the field of psychology, in collaboration with the Rutgers Psychology Diversity & Climate Committee.
